Agreed before we begin
The work,
in plain words.
What we define in the proposal and what may need an additional service, so you know what is being built and what you receive before we start.
What we define together
- Structure and content
- For a business website, we define the pages needed. A landing page is one long page. In both cases, we agree on the content and materials included.
- Deliverables and timeline
- The proposal defines what you receive, what you need to prepare, feedback rounds and working dates. There is no fixed number before we define the work.
- Languages and integrations
- Translation, additional languages, integrations and external services are included only when specified in the proposal.
- Handover and ongoing care
- Ownership, licences, access and guidance are defined before work begins. Maintenance and further development are agreed separately as needed.
What is not included automatically
Domain, hosting and third-party services
Domain purchase and renewal, hosting and subscriptions to external tools are not automatically part of the build. Responsibilities and costs are detailed in the proposal.
Content and production beyond the proposal
Additional copywriting, photography, video, translation or media production are defined and priced separately.
Ongoing advertising and SEO
Campaign management, advertising spend and ongoing SEO are not included automatically. Search foundations do not guarantee rankings or enquiry numbers.
Work after handover
Maintenance, updates and fixes beyond the agreed handover require a separate arrangement. The terms are included in your proposal before work begins.
Your project’s price, deliverables and terms are set out in your personal proposal.
